Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Brooks Pond, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the original shipping date. Items must be in their original condition, returned in the original packaging, and include all product inserts and instructions. A copy of your sales receipt will be required. Refunds will be made to the same credit card with which the item was purchased. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

To return an item, please send an e-mail to returns@brookspond.com with your contact information, the reason for your return and a description of the item you will be returning. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to return your purchase.
